Dear comrades and friends,

Today here in Berlin under the close attention and active participation of many Friendship Organizations in Europe there is being held a European Regional Seminar "Remembering the Great President Kim Il Sung" on the occasion of the 30th demise anniversary of the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung.

Every year this day since 1994, the Korean people and the world progressives solemnly remember the peerless great man and his great exploits accomplished for the Korean revolution and the global independence.

Just reading through the contributions to this Seminar by its participants, we learn more about the great feats perfomed by comrade Kim Il Sung in his lifetime and about what a high admiration and respect he enjoys from the world people.

It is really impressive how the European Regional Committee for the Friendship with the Korean people and the KFA Germany in just 19 days from the point of the Regional event for the June 19th managed to organize today's another big event, and we would like to thank, in particular, comrade Dermot Hudson, the Secretary-General of the European Regional Committee and all members of the KFA Germany for their sincere efforts for the preparations of the Seminar.

Today's Regional Event, which reflects the unanimous will of all Friendship organizations to pay the highest tribute to the great leader comrade Kim Il Sung, will surely contribute to everlastingly conveying his immortal exploits and at the same time will encourage the Korean people in their struggle for the comprehensive development of socialism firmly rallied around comrade Kim Jong Un, President of the State Affairs of the DPRK, who is firmly continuing the great cause of the preceding leaders.

Touching Story about Jangchon Vegetable Farm The Jangchon Vegetable Farm in Sadong District which President Kim Il Sung noted down in his pocketbook as a "poor farm" dozens of years ago has turned into a cultured socialist one to be proud of in the world and a spectacular farm reminiscent of a  rural city and its farmers’ living conditions become better off as days go by. The President made tireless efforts to turn the village into a prosperous one which had been called a village with sterile land.
